(a) Upper Primary and Secondary school teachers who wre in serice as full time teacher for atleast two years at the time of making application
and who shall continue to be in service during the entire duration of programme. The applicant shall be required to furnish a certificate to this effect from the head of the school where he/she
is employed.
(b) The application with atleast 50% either in the Bachelor Degree and be in the Postgraduate Degree in Science/ Social Science/ Humanity or Bachelor's in engineering or Technology with background
/ specialization in Science and Mathmetics with 50% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission. Govt. Norms will be followed for relaxation in eligibility
criteria for candidate in any category.
(c) The Reservation and relaxation in marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rule of Central Govt./ State Govt. , whichever is applicable. Provided that the Vice Chancellor
may, with a view to maintain a uniform standard, prescribe such further tests, written, oral on both for selection of candidate for admission to the B.Ed. class in Collages or in Teaching Department
of University, as deemed necessary.
Provided further that in the case of untrained teachers in schools, sponsored bt the institute/School for B.Ed training in the Institute/School for B.Ed. training in the institutiton maintained by it,
the requirement of marks or Grade as prescribe in Para 2 above may be relaxed by the Vice Chancellor, on the recommendation of the director / Principle/ Dean of the institute concerned. The fees for each course
shall be decided by the Board of Management of University. Provided further that all norms laid down by NCTE and that of the state Goverment shall be followed.
